Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen. I married a deaf and dumb girl from USA(indian ethinicity). My wife is a US citizen. I have a child who too by birth right is a US citizen.

My in- laws in 2013 sent me back to india and never called me to USA. I hold a green card.

The problem is that my wife is asking for child and self maintainence. I am asking her to come abd stay with me in india with the child butneither my wife nor her parents are ready to stay with me in india. They are threatening me with dowry case and other cases.

My questions are:

a) My wife has never lived with my parents.She also does not know who my parents are. can she file a case under 498a against my family?

b)How can US court take action against me if I am not staying in USA. I have left USA in Jan-2013.

c)Can I be extradited to USA?

d) Honestly speaking actually this marriage was done under kidnapping.I was asked to visit the girl and I did not knew that the girl is deaf and dumb. When I reached there I was forced to marry her. Due to society pressure I kept silent. I went to USA based on her invitation but there the parents started misbehaving withme and sent me to jail.Latter I was released by the court and I came to india. I do not want togo back to uSA to stay with the girld family. However I think I am ready to stay with the girl in india( due to my child)

Please provide some options as the girls parents are very cunning and shrewd.They think that india and Indians are slaves of USA people.

under what laws did you get married??If you have not got married under the hindu law then the provisions will not apply.for further query contact.
