Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am an indian girl married with a australian citizen who is indian by birth but now from the day my visitors visa has came he is doing harrasing me & not want me to come to australia, please tell me what to do .

As he has married you here in India, you can invoke Indian laws in this regard. If he is holding Australian Passport, you cannot get his passport impounded but you can invoke extradition treaty between Indian & Australia and seek his extradition in case he has committed any offense here in India.
