Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Can a Indian Navy Sailor be arrested if a criminal case under sections 420,408,464,467,468,471,34 is registered against him in a police station.
I have heard that a Indian navy sailor can be arrested only under charges of rape or murder or attempt to murder or if he does something against the country..??
please answer my query as soon as possible.
