Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In india,two parties involved in property and they purchase plot and sell jointly and earn profit.in this transaction one party blame to another for forgery and file fir.in which another party arrested and meanwhile relative of arrested person compromise with and settled the dispute by giving cash and cheque which dishonored because of insufficient fund.whether dishonored cheque amount crime under 138 negotiable instrument act.
