Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i given INR 50,000 to friend by depositing in the Andhra Bank Account. I have the Deposit Slips. Now he is not responding to my calls and messages how can i get back my money. Can you please help me what are the legal process to get back my money.?

Dear client first send legal notice through lawyer and ask him refund of money. If he will not refund then file case for recovery of money in court. For any legal help call me
