Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can interim bail be converted into regular bail.?
Is it necessary for accused to surrender and go into judicial custody to file a regular bail?
Can regular bail be filled before the Ld. trial court while accused is on the interim bail?

On the basis of anticipatory bail, you may surrender before the concerned trial court and apply for regular bail. The grant of regular bail will be within discretion of the court.
