Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

In IPC 381,34 case if accused is arreast on 07/06/2013 in other state produced before local magistrate on 08/06/13 for transit remand.he get 4 days transit remand and on 11/06/13 he was produced before regular court for remand.when the 60 days limit starts for filing chargsheet

1-07/06/13

2-08/06/13

3-11/06/13

i think because transit remand period is not included.pl answer with reference.
