Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have issued a cheque to my friend .but now i doesnt have sufficient balance in my account .can i insist the bank for stop payment on cheque in my account before he put for the clearnce .in that situation if he put cheque for clearnce wt could happen.

1) U will be liable for criminal prosecution under sec 138 of NIAct.
