Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Istighasa 420,467,468,471 if in revision stage under session court (not decided), chalan case 489f will not trial magistrate court till the istagasa revision decision or mudai statement can be recorded before the magistrate court as in separate case if not what will the rule applicable.
