Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am jaykumar hankare. I misusually determined guilty under section 498a by police and my wife. My wife's mother's brother is traffic police. Police are not helping to us and not obtain our complain.
please help me.

Without calling you and hearing your part, they cannot register 498a.
Better to engage an expert lawyer in your locality, he will get Anticipatory bail for you and your family members.
