Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Judge under case 37 cpc advice the both councils to provide propose of issue after submission of reply from defendant before framing of issues, Need to know what is this and can u provide ay specimen or draft of propose of isue/waja tanqiyat to understand, I will thanks, i m plaintiff/mudai in 489f case.
