A lady neighbour was putting garbage cans near my friend's carpark eventhough my friend had requested her to put it near main gate and not near anybody's carpark. Recently when my friend removed garbage cans from near his carpark, the lady neighbour threatend to file a police complaint against him. Since the lady neighbour is a crook, my friend fears that she might file a case of molestation against my friend to trap him. How should my friend deal with situation and solve the problem once and for all? Currently he is scared of removing garbage cans from near his carpark since he fears a false molestation case.

Will police arrest my friend on false molestation charges if written complaint is filed by the crooked lady? What is the bail amount and what is the maximum imprisonment term if convicted on false charges? What is the punishment for lady if complaint is proved to be false?

before such a false case is filed, your friend can file a complaint with the society and local police elaborating all the facts and circumstances and also instal a CCTV at his car park for evidence.
