Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i want to know about the what law said about that:
cbi register a 1 FIR
Then split the case into 7 cases in each and every case is under section IPC 420, 477A, 201, CR.PC 13(D).
IN ALL THE 7 CASES FIR NO AND RC NO IS SAME.
THEN TRAIL COURT FOUND GUILTY AND GIVEN A SENTENCE 4 YEARS IN EACH AND EVERY CASE SEPARATELY IT MEANS 4 X 7 = 28 YEARS .

You have repeated this question several times. Please try to understand that repetition will not help.
you have to undergo only 4 years. if it is not clear then file an application and demand the court to clearify and make only one order for all FIR.
Good luck
