Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi LawGurus,
My ques. is
In criminal case (U/S 307 , 27 Arms act etc)
someone logged a FIR and in FIR he says after leaving XYZ Train at 19:00, I came out to station where ABC snached me and shoots me .
What will happens if we technically prove that , XYZ train reached Station at 18:00 not on 19:00.
Is this helpful for our defence.
Actualy , due to property dispute ,, my relatives logged this FIR
