IF A LAWYER FILES PETITION TO QUASH FIR WHICH IS ACTUALLY ABOUT 'B & C' PROPERTY FORCIBLY TRESPASSED & LOCKED BUT THEN IN HIS PETITION HE STATES NOT A SINGLE WORD ABOUT B & C BUT FIERCELY AND FEARLESSLY TOTALLY MANIPULATING MISLEADING & MISCHIEVOUSLY WRITES ABOUT 'A' PROPERTY ADJACENT TO B & C, IS IT NOT MISCONDUCT & TURPITUDE

1) No. U hv to file in ur counter what all points not brought in the petition.
2) If u have evidence that the petitioner filed false case, u may examine to file FIR against him.
2) If court finds the averments are false may take appropriate action against the accused.
