Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, My lawyer has issued a legal notice to the accused but she refused the same, Can i file a case or notice has to be served first.

you can file the case. If it is a case where the notice is compulsory (eg; section.138 of NI Act) then proof of the refusal is required.
