Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
What course can be taken if Lawyer of the opposing party tactically does not make himself present in front of the judge and the lawyer of the petitioner. He manages to show his face to the judge on that day when the lawyer of the petitioner has gone to attend another call in another judge's court in the same complex and as a result manages to take another date.

you are overreacting. lawyers also have a busy schedule. and the judge is ther if the delay caused is deliberate.
