Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I need legal advise regarding my case. I have put an application before judicial magistrate for summon the entire report plus accused in my case of robbery as police has declared them innocent in initial report but I am not satisfied with this report. So today magistrate called police officer with complete file and data but incharge investigation did not come and he just send reply of "ADAM PATA" and judge said that ur case is adam pata so court can not do anything inthis case. I want to ask that if I have submitted supplementary statement mentioning the accused names and address in it, can police say adam pata in court? what should be the remedy for this.

File a writ making SHO and Megistrate sahab party in it.. Otherwise you will loose this case.. Police has created doubt in your case and "Benefit of Doubt goes to the accused".. For more [email protected]
