Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I had lend Rs. 80,000/- through two transaction from ICICI Bank on 16/07/2013 of Rs. 50,000/- and 31/12/2013 of Rs. 30,000/- to my friend for his business promotion. He said that he will return my money on in 31st January 2014, but I did not received my money on 31st January 2014. I met him at Kochi on 17th February 2014 and he given a cheque of Rs. 50,000/-, I presented cheque to the Bank, but the same get dishonoured on 4th April 2014 and I informed the same to him, but there is no proper response from him and he doing the same, till I did not received my money back, i given a complaint against him at police station nothing is happend, pls let me know, how can i get my money back.

dear client u have to send legal notice within 30 days from cheque bounce date through lawyer to him. if he not pay money then u have to file case under sec 138 of n i act. for proper discussion call me
