Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i live in Chennai, India. last year my car was stolen but was recovered by the police in a couple hours. the thief was caught but is out on bail and my problem is that i still haven't received my car's RC book which was taken by the police for the court trial. what should i do to get back the RC book?
