Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hi I live in Ghaziabad. My brother got married before 6 months and my bhabhi was not happy with this marriage. she got married forcefully with their family she loved with some one but her family was not accepting this and they decide to do marriage of her we don't know all this matters. After married when we came to know about this matter she was not happy now she commit suicide and her parent blame on us my father and mother and both brother in jail and they mentioned my name and my husband name as well but we are not in jail I have 11 months old baby girl I m doing job and I m only bread winner in my family how can we get out this matter. and she was chatting on facebook and wrote in jan 2013 with every friend that she will commit suicide. she wrote she was depressed and her bf ditch her that is why she was depressed. Is Facebook is a big legal evidence to clear out with this thing. they lodged fir dowry and murder. Please give me your valuable advice. I am awaiting.

After a crime is registered and police are undertaking the investigation, nature of material may be known upon submission of final report by the police.
