Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had given a loan of 1lakh to a friend of my fianc� in august 2015. The person had agreed to return the amount with interest in 15 days. He had given car papers as sureity (i did not take ownership transfer as i trusted him). The cheque given by him bounced on 1st sep 2015 " payment stopped by drawer " He asked for time again n again till december'15 post which he stopped responding. Since i have exceeded 30 days time to send cheque bounce notice, what is way forward for me to recover money?
