Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can any one go to local police for FIR, if the particular crime has happen in the jurisdiction of railway? actully police wasted first 2 hr only for justify the area. after 2 month aprx. i dont know what happened of my case. what should i do? plzz suggest me
