Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Lock at gate of park of municipal corporation of Delhi was broken by RWA president sushila ramaswamy pocket A 10 kohinoor apartments kalkaji extn Delhi 110019. She illegally allowed some residents to encroach park by keeping cars inside . I called police
and encroachment was removed . Gardener of MCD came and put new lock at gate but
no FIR was lodged. I had send photos of encroachment inside park to commissioner MCD but no FIR is lodged till date. Problem is lock was broken many times in past also and MCD instead of lodging FIR just puts new lock. Pls advise
