Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have lodged an FIR against my husband in Jan.,2015 u/s498A.My husband hobnobbed with the police and succeded in absconding to USA through his employer MNC after the issuance of NBWs. Although, I have informed his company ,USA embassy well on time.
