Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I have lost my bike, and i have submit application in police station after some days they found my bike, Now the theft in jail and after 3 months theft submit bail i got a notice from court but i don't want to follow the case due to my job i am a teacher, i wan to ask if i did not appear in the court is their any issue ?
