Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I lost my business of 8 years amounting 4 crores in 2012..and I was non-registered businessman..having NTN,,and proper bank accounts...as I owe lot of money to ppl(investors) they are after me ..some of them are having my cheques..although I have been paying them regularly thru banks and by hands..one of the investor stole my cheques..and I spent sometime in jail..MY QUESTION...CAN I APPLY BANKRUPTCY LAWS...NARRATING COMPLETE STORY....SECONDLY...WILL MY TIME IN JAIL BE INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY PETITION....THANKS

You can be declared insolvent by the court but that will effect your transactions after that declaration not before that.. You are responsible for all the cheques you issued before.. for more [email protected]
