Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I m in confusion Sir, my case 489f is under trial and police has submitted challan declaring accused in column B. But court has given charge sheet to accused under 489f in both challan case & istighasa case. My own statement & my witnesses statements are now recorded and i told to judge that accused has change his sign/bank record (his father is employee of same bank). After recording my statement, on my application police has obtained now forensic report from FIA regarding change of bank record/accused sign which obtained from bank which is in my favour & reported addition/change is done by accused with different kind of writing in bank record/in his sign i.e. ss card, account opening form and in other cheque. For forensic report i have not applied to magistrate even istighasa was accepted. i have applied to police for forensic report but now police is not submitting this report in court. Should i give application to magistrate or file writ petition in high court against police or other way 22a,22b that police should submit this report in trial court or is there any other way. Some one told 22a/22b will not accept as istighasa case is under trial. kindly help what should i do, thanks. i need police should submit supplementary challan & should remove accused from column B. I will greatly thanks for detail answer.
