Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I m facing a trial against 3 FIRs lodged by one complainant in a calender year..my lawyer went to HIGH COURT to get all cases combined in one challan to proceed all 3 cases concurrently..HC gave stay order till further orders .My question how much time HC WILL TAKE TO DECIDE MY WRIT..AND WILL TRIAL COURT HAVE TO WAIT TILL DECISION IS GIVEN BY HC..

Dear, it's LHC matter, depends upon the cases burden, if it's a writ it ll be decided v soon being urgent matter.

if proceedings are suspended by High Court, just wait for its decision... You can move CM to get further relief from these cases including quashment of FIR's.. For more contact [email protected]
