Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I m from uttar pradesh mt name is rahul age 19 I
marry a girl of 18 in a temple against family
permission . but girl father write a FIR of kidnapping
against my family so I and my whole family leave home
and now in punjab with our relatives because we are
very poor and afraid with police and girl father who is
inspector
can punjab police help me if I give an application to
punjab police that in uttar pradesh there is danger for
my life so me and girl both confess that the girl leave
her home with her own decision no body can force.
