Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I m 35yrs old man, married with one year baby girl, recently my wife filed FIR(498A) against me, & other member of family. In that case my question is if wife is willing to come back to her matrimonial house what should I do? kindly suggest should I take her.

that decesion is totally yours. but before you start life afresh you need to address the issue that lead to your wife taking the drastic steps. You have to make the decision in this scenario if she is ready to come and you are ready to accept then it is entirely up to you.you have a one year old baby girl at least for her both of you should try to figure out the problem and try to solve it .
