"A" made agreement with "B" for purchasing B's property. A issued two cheques towards B for initial amount of contract.C filed civil suit against B for the confirmation of title of same property contracted between A&B. A also appear in that suit. court grants status quo & also vacated after 3 hours. B given cheques to bank for encashment & bank returned it with the memo of stop payment.now B initiate proceeding against A u/s 138 of N.I. act.So on what ground A apply for stay the proceeding u/s 138 of N.I. act
