Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Mai ek bahut badi musibat mai hu,,Mera chota bhai bahut sarab pita hai and father se maar peet kerta hai..I am elder brother and doing job in Delhi.My father lives in Kanpur with youger brother.As I told ki chota bhai father ko jaan se maarne ki dhamki deta hai and mujhe and mere bibi bacche ko bhi marene ki dhamki deta hai..mere father se mere pass aaker rehne ki koshish ki but wo waha bhi aaker humgama kerta hai..jisse tang aaker father wapas kanpur chale gaye,,waha aaye din sarab pikar humgara and maar peet kerta hai.mujhe dar hai wo kabhi bhi father ki hatya ker sakta hai..pehne hum ek 2 baar police se chote bhai ko pitwa chuke hai but us per koi asar nahi hua..mujhe aage aane wale crime ka bhay ho raha hai..yeh ladka kuch bhi ker sakta hai sarab aur paise ke liye..mai kaise legal tareike se is jurm jo hone se rok saku..please help me...

your father can write to the commissioner of police highlighting his plight and seeking police protection. He can get the brother evicted from the house. No one is above law.so dont get intidimated by him.
