Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A man I had a relationship with for 2.5 years, when between the age of 15-18 years, posted 'internet marketing' advertisements in October 2014, giving my phone number as the contact number. Though I have changed that number now, this man has repeatedly interfered in my life in the last 5 years.
He has also threatened to post illicit nude pictures (which I have not partaken in at any given point in time) of mine twice in the last 5 years.
If he makes his presence felt again in the future, what are my legal options? Under what law can I file a case against him? I need to be prepared for any eventuality.
