Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My first marriage was not disclosed to my parents. Now I am married to another man with whom my parents want to without first marriage divorce. Now the first man filed a case against me n my husband. What should I do? Please help.

It is all your fault, coz you spoil not only your life but also the life of your both the partners and three families will be in trouble for long.
So better to fix a meeting all of you and decide the solution or contact personally or mail me after consulting your both partners.

Your second marriage is not valid in law. If you are willing to live with your first husband and both of you are willing to live together, you may persuade the complainant for a mutual agreement / settlement.
