Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
During marriage negotiation, some photos of the girl has been downloaded by the boy�s parent without her consent and informed to the girl�s father that no photos are required as same has been downloaded from the girl�s facebook account with some indication of displeasure on the style of photos. Knowing this, girl and her parent started exploiting the boy and his parent and threatening to file case under cyber crime. Now situation has gone to such an extent that boy is also blaming to his parent as the girl somehow got success in convincing the boy that your parent action is crimes for which you and your parent have face the consequences? Kindly help and provide practical and legal solution to get rid from this situation and to save the boy from her trap.

No need to worry at all.
They cannot took any action. Be cool and instead you people file police compliant for harassment and blackmailing for marriage etc. Please contact any expert advocate, he will teach them a good lesson and remove all of your fear.
