Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I did marriage registration on 27th May in front of Magistrate and after 30 days of Notice period I have my marriage date on 30th June. Meanwhile the girls parents by mental torture and pressure arranged her marriage on 5th June with forcible consent taking signature on blank paper. Now if the girl comes to the court on our marriage date ie on 30th June and marries me and we take Marriage certificate will our marriage be considered first and legal or illegal. If yes then how to cancel her forcible marriage as per law. Pls help urgent.

Dear client her 5 th june marriage is first one so it is legal. She have to apply for annulment of marriage to finish her marriage. For any legal help call me
