i've got married on 4th of march 2013. i hve caught my wife doing adultery with her boy friend and my brother in law was doing a work of mediator. he made a call to her boyfriend from his number when my wife is with him and invited her boyfriend at his place so that they can spend a time in night as well without my knowledge. i had a word with that guy and my wife, 2 or 3 days before my marriage, that if u want to marry o eachother, why u guys are ruining my life but my wife said it to me. i cant marry to him coz he is fraud and ditched me several times that he will marry me. so, i cant trust on him.

There are few things which she told me, so that i can marry her after knowing all the things:

1. my father is a heart patient, we are going to marry within 2-3 days and if you will say no to this marriage.. my father will surely die... please dnt do that, i promise you that i will never ever talk and meet to this person in my life.

2. All of our relatives are at home and if you will say no. we r not able to face anyone in society.....

3. her brother said it to me dat jiju i will take the responsibility that she will never talk to him either.

I have taken a decision to give her a chance so that she can improve her life.

but after marriage when i come accross with this again, had a word with her and her brother, her brother said: i was not the one who did it, that guy comes to my house when she was here at my place and threatened me by saying i will do suicide, if you will not allow me to meet her. i have taken a number of that guy and had a long conversation where he amitted few of things..I told him( the guy) that i will definately lodge an complaint against you.

After 4-5 days, i have caught her again while she was talking to him, i have tried to xplain her(my wife) abt the importance of our relation and her promises which she made it. she said sorry to me. All those things hapnd within a month or half den i have decided to discuss with her father.. when i did dat he threatened me to file a false case against me and my family indirectly by saying" apne papa se poochna iska result kaisa hota hai". he comes to my house and said "beti ko ek din ke liye apne sath le jana chahta hun" aur apne sath hi lekar chale gaye.. after 7 days when i cald him ( father in law) and asked to him when she will come back to my house, he said she will live her life as a wife of urs but she will not live with you... and she was saying the same thing.. after few days two people threatened me, not to do anything against that guy. i lodged an complaint against that guy, requested for F.I.R but dey gave me an N.C.R. whereas i do have all the evidences in the form of voice call recordings mentioned above. police officer gave me pics of wife and her boy frnd. and a letter written by that person that he knows her but didnt meet her after her marriage. which is totally wrong.

after one month her father threatned my father that he will kill me and my family, his words were: " tum sab kar murder kar dunga etc. my father lodge a complaint to the nearest police station, and sent letters to few officers to register an F.I.R against that person along with the conversation (rec. C.D).

after 17 days of this complaint my wife registered an false F.I.R against me and my family u/s 504,506,323, 498a, 406, 420 and 3/4..

when i come to know abt this F.I.R, we have taken arrest stay from allahbad high court..

mediation has been cancelled, her father said it to me that give me a amount of 25 lakhs in mediation to take a divorce.

when i said i will definately fight against it, what will happen, you will put me behind the bars what else but i will definately take a justice by the help of respected courts.

The answer of my father in law amazed me: " nahi nahi aisa nahi hoga, hum batate hai kya hoga, hoga yeh ki meri beti to apna jeevan bitayegi apne boyfrnd ke sath aur vivahit jeevan ka sukh uthayegi aur tum aise hi ghoomoge aur agar tumne shhadi ki to tumhe jail ho jayegi"

believe me that statement by her father was really shocking for me. and i do have evidence of this as well.

I do have all the evidences mentioned above and the charges framed against me and my family. please tell me how to proceed further to quash this complaint... and to get a justice.

you can go for the quashing of the FIR to the highcourt or face the trial and use the evidence to your advantage. dont be deterred by the threats. If you are right then why pay for divorce. File a divorce on the grounds of cruelty and get rid of her.
