Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am a married (ThreeYears)woman .I filed a case against my husband regarding DOWRY( DAHEJ PRATARNA).The FIR is issued by police stationJagdalpur,My husband is in Air Force,as airman .He applied for entisepetary bell in civil court,and is rejected.Then he appealed before High court Bilaspur.There also the appeal rejected, before a month, But the police authorities are not taking any action. I approached to District Superintendent of police twice ,Local M.P. and other officer but no action. Please let me know that can I go before the civil court or any court directly for arresting and taking action against my husband

Shame on you... your husband in in air force serving mother land in this difficult time, and you want to get him arrested for your ego and greed. Well women have gone so shameless now a days that they dont even panic to get their husband arrested. So despirate of money ... this Dowry act is nothing but a crap of misuse and needs to be abolished
