Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I married 6 years back and my wife run away with his lover when she was coming to my home along with my father. she run from the local railway station. we jointly file missing dairy at nearest police station with my wife fathers. boy is staying her own father village. please advice me how tackle with this in terms of law. I am from Jharkhand india.

You may seek divorce on the grounds of adultery of your wife.
