Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am married during last 6 years with one male baby. Both my wife & son living in her father's home during last one year. She falsly filed 498A , 3-4 DP act , 34 & alumuni under domestic vilence Act 2005.
I filed a case under sec 25 & ward act to get back my son.
Now my question is do i belong to a marital status "separate or married"
