Matrimonial dispute,my husband file case U/S 9 HMA and section13,i filled DV,498,Maintanence in distt courts.My husband filled application in high court u/s 482 and asking for mediation.On mutual understanding i went to matrimonial house for one month but no changes in his habit.earlier he beaten me bruatally and put kerosene i called 100 no.now my cloths and material is at his home i want all back,how i get all those without any disputes,should i go home directly with parents to take my cloths or what is the safest way

You may have to take help of police to recover your stridhan.
