Message for Dr. Katta.
Yes she has CC recording + one neighbour who is her friend and hostile to me is willing to testify on her behalf. This neighbour is upset because I told her not to waste water when there was a water crisis. Other neighbours are good with me but may not come to the police station to testify on my behalf.
What should I do ?
There was some water problem in my flat. I went to my neighbour's house whose door was open and I accidentally stepped inside while talking to her requesting her to open the valves to check the plumbing. She got angry and threatened me with police case for entering her flat without permission. None of my other neighbours behaved in such a hostile manner.
What will be the criminal consequences in terms of jail sentence for me if proved guilty? Can the police arrest me based on her complaint?
Within how may days she needs to file a complaint with police?
If I apologize to judge in court, will it be accepted ?

1) U r not aware whether she filed FIR or not.

2) If yes, based on investigation, the police will file charge-sheet.

3) It is premature to say what she will do. How Police will respond.

4) Now dont worry. At that stage u can think of what to do based on evidences and charges framed.
