Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
misconduct has been proved in inquiry report on my application to EDO. but THE EDO has forwarded the case to DCO. CAN I FILE CASE AGAINST EDO IN ANTICORRUPTION ?

first it has to be looked whether any final order has been passed by the competent authority against EDO or not? if yes, then you may file a case against him before 3forum.
