Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One Mohit Kumar Jain Wipro filed fake/forged private criminal complaint U/s 323, 504 and 506 IPC with fake witnesses against father & 2 uncles of girl. In the said complaint the address of one uncle is given wrong and the summons sent at the address of her father. The father of girl is not aware of whereabouts of her uncle. Please advise what to do in such case as in futre as NBW of her uncle can be issued for non appearance?

inform the court in writing that the uncle does not stay with them and that they are not aware of the current address.
