Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One Mohit Kumar Jain Wipro filed fake/forged private criminal complaint U/s 323, 504 and 506 IPC with fake witnesses against father & 2 uncles of girl. In the said complaint the address of one of the affected parties is given wrong. The police is asking from the father of girl who is not aware of whereabouts of her uncle. Please advise what to do in such case as in future as NBW of her uncle can be issued for non appearance?

If you want girl's uncle to appear before court than simply ask uncle to come before court himself.
