Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
That few months before i lend somy money to one of my friend.It was a verbala greement no paper work was done.But now whenever i demand him that my money he claimed that he has not borrowed any money from me.I have recorded the initial conversation between us wherein he admitted to the fact that he has borrowed some money and promise to return that on a future date.But subsequently he started denying to the fact , that he has borrowed any money from me.Now pls help me by giving any legal advice on this ,how can i get back my money legally.and i don not ahve any legal document to prove it as i ahd said before.no whow can i recovered the money from him ,pls advice.
