Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My mother gave repetitive complaints in CM cell and SP office regarding the ill treatment of our family and the troubles (Katta Panchayat, etc) we face from the people in our locality. The person escapes every time from police by using local influence in police station and through political influence and even police supports him. I always read in news papers and in media that law helps women a lot if they face problems in society especially from males but no justice for our case. Is there a way to solve this?

You may file a petition before the Honourable Human Rights Commission of state narrating the date of incident, the details of incident in brief, against whom you need action specifying his name(s). and add request to summon the culprits and witness if any try the matter. And to compesate by realising the amounts from the culprits for the agony caused. You may add the details of the police complaints made and the brief its results also.
