Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
MotherinLaw of my sister is not allowing my sister to meet us.
My sister's husband died due to health issues. After that onwards her mother in law, sister in law ( my sister's husband's sister) are not allowing us (me, my family). they are not allowing my sister to come out of house. They dnt even allow to talk to us. They even dont allow to give phone to my sister.
Outsiders telling that they may kill my sister. please help me sir kindly as human being help advise is there any way for house arrest ? main point is that they are infulencing my sister to tell that she wants to stay with them by her word. We dnt know what are they making her to tell like this.
But one point she definitely some secrets of her in laws so they dont allow her to speak/meet our of house.

Dear client file complaint with police for house arrest of sister. If police will not help u then file writ petition in high court of habus corpus so court will order police to bring yr sister before court. For any legal help call me
