Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a myadi patta land(registered). But my neighbor has occupied illegally without my knowledge. They have also removed all the fencing that i had given few years ago and recently constructed a small ghumty ( small shop). My all documents are up to date. Officially i have all correct documents, i just didnot visited my land for few years.
Any body can help me how should i proceed?

1. You may lodge a report of tresspassing with the local police.
2. Apply to the revenue authorities for "demarcation".
3. If the situation is not remedied, you may file a civil suit.
